ABSTRACT
The reading of the ruling of the Constitutional Court No.14 / PUU-XI / 2013 concerning judicial review on Law No. 42 of 2008 on General Election of President and Vice President which delayed for about 10 months from the decision of the Consultative Meeting of Judges has potential to violate the code of ethics and code of conduct of Constitutional Court Judges namely the principles of Independence and the principle of Proficiency and Thoroughness. In the future, a maximum period of time should be set on when the ruling of Constitutional Court's should be read from the time it is decided in the Consultative Meeting of Judge, while the provision itself could be included in the Constitutional Court rule on guidelines for the Judicial Review Procedures.
